Tourneys

Hello everybody. Was damn busy this weeks no time to chat or work.

I've started work on something called Tourneys. It will be under campaign tab and available at level 25.
It will allow players to enter a tourney and compete against each other for prizes.
Prizes will be in-game money or bonuses and of course if there is a wealthy real life donator prizes can be real life objects.

something similar to online poker tournaments in our days.
You enter a tourney with other players. Tourneys have a start date, end date, a duration and level restriction.
A tourney may consist of players battleing each other and who has the bigger win/loss ratio will win the tourney.
Other tourney may be the player who has fewer loses than the others will win.
Or players with most blesses.

Only battles with players in the tourney will count.

The money is collected in a pool from entrance fees or is it given from the "system"?

Both.

You will pay some gold cause otherwise abuses can be made like a player to enter with multiple accounts with no cost for him.
This way maybe the enter fee will cost him more than the prize.

This is going to require much troop disbanding and recruiting in my oppinion so the reward should be quite tempting to participate in the tourney.

You mentioned a few but I'd like to know if there are going to be more types of tourneys.

Win / Loss ratio
Less Losses
Most Blesses (what does this mean? whoever gets the most blesses during the tourney period is the winner?)

I am planing to launch a new set of tourneys in a few days to test the other type(defense tourneys) before putting them on auto spawn.
