Moneymaking while still gaining lots of xp

Since finishing a lot of my goals for army I plan to make lots of money while receiving amazing xp. I would reccomend a lvl of around 58-67 for this as it allows u to interact with a lot of people for more xp and money.

Requirements/what to get
-lvl 58-67(recommended) However u can just camp and gain xp.
-high spy offence and lots of spies
-rest of population on workers, engineers, health and a few thousand soldiers
-the higher your research points the better
-checking your account actively
-leave some soldiers in the god for wealth

I plan to attack/spy everyone I can except for Unclesamgn because I actually made one truce lol no1 else will ever get one tho. I should be making a lot of profit so watch out for that.
