Just a question since I'm a tad curious.
Why is Bank in orange and Community and Compose in white?

Bank is in orange caouse ..... i don't know i just felt like it should be special to be noticed more quickly. 
The only things that are white is only when the mouse is over a button or you are on a certain page and the menu is reflecting that.
Ex: you are on Religion page and Citizen button and Religion should be white.
If those 2 you say are permanently white this is a bug then.
What browser are u using? I tried with all browsers like Firefox, IE6, Opera, Konqueror, Seamonkey, Safari and is working fine to me. |

lol got it 
I'm using Firefox.
They do remain white permanently but only when I open a open using a tab.
For example, if I go to Citizens and click Religion to open a tab then the tab will open with Citizens and Religion menu in white.
